Tigaon is also an ideal place for investors who are looking for a more
attraktive place in the Philippines other than the overcrowded regions around
Manila. The costs for properties, salaries, water etc. are unbeatable low
compared to other places in the Philippines. And there are local tax
holidays, easy building and business permits, uncomplicated and competent
local authorities who are willing to attract (and assist) investors, local
and foreign.
There are several daily flights from Manila to the airport of
Naga / Pili (40 KM / 25 Miles, good road). A bustrip takes at present approx
11 hours but the road from Manila is now under general repair and there will
be soon a shortcut available (7 hours traveltime by bus or rail).
Note: The actual currency crisis in south east asia offers huge opportunities to foreign investors. The exchange rate is very favourable, one can purchase properties, services, commodities etc. at very, very low prices! And nobody knows how long this will last. Or if the Peso might improve against the US Dollar.
A 143.000 sqm vacant commercial lot, 171 meter roadfront at the main road,
2 Km from the town center is for sale. Possibly also an adjuscent lot of more
than 70 has, all with clean titles, building permits etc. The price idea is
